Abstract: The emergence of new quality productivity has promoted the vigorous development of emerging industries, but also put forward higher requirements for talents. In order to improve the quality of enrollment and employment, higher vocational colleges should explore the linkage mechanism of enrollment, training and employment according to the employment needs of emerging industries. This paper expounds the importance of the linkage mechanism of enrollment, training and employment, analyzes the influence of new quality productivity on the enrollment, training and employment of higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the construction strategy of the linkage mechanism of enrollment, training and employment training of higher vocational colleges under the background of new quality productivity, including adjusting the direction of talent training according to the requirements of new quality productivity. Deepen school-enterprise cooperation and innovate talent training methods; Construct a perfect management information system, highlight the role of students in the linkage mechanism; To build an information sharing platform and realize data-driven decision-making, it aims to provide useful reference for higher vocational colleges.
