摘要: 人才的创新是新质生产力赋能高职院校高质量发展的主要内容之一,在此背景下,高职院校青年教师赴企业实践成为提升教学质量、增强实践能力的重要途径。该文深入探讨了新质生产力的提出背景、定义和特点,全面分析了高职院校青年教师赴企业实践的现状及存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,包括建立激励机制、深化校企合作、完善评价体系,旨在为高职院校青年教师企业实践提供理论支持与实践指导,促进新质生产力的形成与发展,推动职业教育的高质量发展。

Abstract: The innovation of talents constitutes one of the main contents of the new quality productivity to empower the high-quality development of vocational colleges. Under this background, young teachers’enterprise practice has emerged as a crucial approach to enhance teaching quality and practical capabilities in vocational colleges. This article summarizes and analyzes the background and characteristics of the new quality productivity, the existing problems in the young teachers’enterprise practice, and explores targeted strategies for addressing these problems. The objective is to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for the enterprise practice of young teachers in vocational colleges, facilitate the formation and development of the new quality productivity, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
