摘要: 该文探讨高等教育“创—产—学—研”融合发展的机制,指出高校在国家创新体系中的关键作用,并分析其转型升级面临的严峻挑战,为提升高校人才培养质量、加速科技成果转化和促进区域经济发展提供理论支持和实践参考;通过总结发现,高校在教学、科研、产业合作与创新创业教育领域中存在资源整合不足、明显的结构性断层与协同障碍;基于文献综述和实证分析,归纳出国家政策引导、市场需求驱动和内部管理机制为主要推动因素;针对这些问题,提出完善政策体系与激励机制、优化高校内部管理与文化建设、创新校企合作模式以及构建区域协同平台4个方面的对策。

Abstract: This article explores the mechanism of the integrated development of“innovation industry academia research”in higher education, points out the key role of universities in the national innovation system, and analyzes the severe challenges faced by their transformation and upgrading. It provides theoretical support and practical reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation in universities, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promoting regional economic development; Through summary, it is found that universities have insufficient resource integration in the fields of teaching, research, industry cooperation, and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and there are obvious structural gaps and collaborative obstacles; Based on literature review and empirical analysis, the main driving factors are summarized as national policy guidance, market demand driven, and internal management mechanisms; Four countermeasures are proposed to address these issues: improving policy systems and incentive mechanisms, optimizing internal governance and cultural construction in universities, innovating school enterprise cooperation models, and building regional collaboration platforms.
