Interdisciplinary Curriculum Reform and Practice of Accounting Programs for the Cultivation of Digital Literacy and Skills—Based on Action Research Theory

摘要: 跨学科课程建设效果不佳是当前财会专业在培养数字化应用人才方面面临的一大难题,导致高校难以培养具备高水平数字素养与技能和创新思维的人才。该文对跨学科课程大数据财务分析与实践进行了两轮行动研究,探索财会专业跨学科课程改革的有效途径;通过结合学生认知规律和行业实际需求,重构知识体系、创新教学方法、改进评价方法,解决了跨学科课程入门难、学生学习兴趣缺失的问题,有效提升了学生的财会数字素养与技能。

Abstract: The ineffective construction of interdisciplinary courses in a major challenge faced by current accounting majors in cultivating digital application talents, universities struggle to develop students equipped with high-level digital literacy, technical skills, and innovative thinking. This paper conducts two rounds of action research on the interdisciplinary course big data financial analysis and practice to explore effective strategies for reforming interdisciplinary accounting courses. By integrating students'cognitive patterns with industry-specific demands, reconstructing knowledge systems, innovating teaching methodologies, and improving evaluation approaches, this study effectively addresses the difficulties of entry barriers and lack of interest with interdisciplinary courses. Consequently, significant improvements in students'digital literacy and accounting skills were achieved.
