摘要: 播音主持创作与实践作为播音与主持艺术专业的核心实践课程,历经近10年教学积淀,教学团队在OBE(成果导向教育)和项目式教学理念引领下,运用ADDIE教学设计,聚焦“网络直播、文旅解说、有声教育、影视配音”4个实践领域,致力于提升学生的语言 、文字功底与表达能力;不断更新教学理念,创新教学方法,深挖课程思政元素,以知行合一、产学研结合为路径,形成“三全育人”的创新培养模式,课堂创新成效显著,教师在教学竞赛中屡获佳绩,科研成果丰硕;学生参与专业竞赛与社会实践成果突出,课堂教学质量显著提升,示范引领作用逐步显现。

Abstract: Broadcasting and hosting creation and practice, as a core practical course in the broadcasting and hosting art major, has undergone nearly a decade of teaching accumulation. Guided by OBE and project-based teaching concepts, the teaching team uses ADDIE teaching design to focus on four major practical areas: online live streaming, cultural tourism commentary, audio education, and film and television dubbing, committed to enhancing students'language, writing skills and expression abilities; Continuously updating teaching concepts, innovating teaching methods, and deeply exploring the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, taking the integration of knowledge and action and the combination of industry, academia, and research as the path, forming an innovative training model for all-round education, the classroom innovation has achieved remarkable results, and teachers have repeatedly achieved excellent results in teaching competitions, with fruitful scientific research achievements; Outstanding achievements have been made in student participation professional competitions and social practices, and the quality of classroom teaching has significantly improved. The role of demonstration and leadership is gradually emerging.
