摘要: OBE理念强调以学生最终学习成果为导向,微项目教学策略将复杂知识拆解为多个小项目,助力学生逐步掌握知识。该文提出在具体实施中应精心设计微项目导入,激发学生兴趣;制定详细的微项目实施计划,明确目标设定,使学生清晰学习方向;开展学情前测,精准把握学生基础;制定多元化评价标准,全面考量教学过程;以微项目探究实践让学生深度参与,在实践中提升信息技术能力;借助微展评成果后测评估教学成效;最后师生分享微感悟,总结升华,强化知识理解与应用。实践证明:该教学模式有效提升了学生的学习积极性、知识掌握程度和实践操作能力,为高职信息技术课程教学改革提供了新思路与有益借鉴。

Abstract: The OBE (Outcome-Based Education) philosophy emphasizes a student-centered approach focused on the attainment of specific learning outcomes. The micro-project teaching strategy, by breaking down complex knowledge into smaller, manageable projects, facilitates students’progressive mastery of skills and concepts. This paper proposes that effective implementation should begin with the careful design of micro-project introductions to stimulate student interest. It also advocates for the development of detailed implementation plans with clear objectives to guide student learning. Conducting pre-assessments helps accurately gauge students’foundational knowledge. A diversified evaluation system is recommended to comprehensively assess the teaching process. Through hands-on exploration via micro-projects, students engage deeply and enhance their information technology competencies. Post-assessments based on micro-project presentations are used to evaluate instructional effectiveness. Finally, reflective sharing between teachers and students helps consolidate knowledge and deepen its application. Practical evidence demonstrates that this teaching model significantly improves student engagement, knowledge acquisition, and practical skills, offering valuable insights and new directions for the reform of information technology courses in vocational colleges.
