OBE教学理念在健康管理教学中的应用——以健康管理与健康促进课程为例

Application of OBE Teaching Philosophy in Health Management Education—Case Study of Health Management and Health Promotion

摘要: 目的探讨基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)的教学模式在健康管理与健康促进课程教学改革中的应用。方法对照组为2022—2023学年选修课程的51名学生,采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学模式;试验组为2023—2024学年选修课程的59名学生,基于OBE理念,从课程目标、教学模式及评价方式等方面着手,开展了线上线下混合式教学实践与探索。教学结束后,通过综合成绩,对两种教学模式的教学效果进行评价。结果2023—2024学年学生的平均成绩(75.35±20.73)分,高于2022—2023学年学生的平均成绩(65.67±26.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式能够提高健康管理与健康促进课程的教学效果。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) teaching model in the curriculum reform of the health management and health promotion course. MethodsThe control group consisted of 51 students who enrolled in the course during the 2022-2023 academic year, taught primarily through traditional instructor-led lectures. The experimental group included 59 students who enrolled in the course during the 2023-2024 academic year, where a blended learning approach based on the OBE framework was adopted, addressing aspects such as course objectives, teaching methods, and evaluation mechanisms. The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the final scores of the two groups. ResultsThe average score of students in the 2023-2024 academic year (75.35±20.73) was significantly higher than that of students in the 2022-2023 academic year (65.67±26.67), with a statistically significant difference (P=0.038). ConclusionThe blended teaching model based on the OBE philosophy can effectively improve the teaching outcomes of the health management and health promotion course.
