美育与专业教育融合助推职业教育创新人才培养的实践路径探析

摘要: 发展新质生产力的根本在于创新驱动,创新驱动本质上是人才驱动,新质生产力的发展必须依靠高素质创新人才资源。该文基于美育与专业教育融合实现创新人才培养的学理逻辑,深入挖掘“美专融合”面临的实际困难,提出职业教育要聚焦新质生产力对创新人才培养的新要求,明确美育与专业教育融合在不同层次职业教育中的靶向式精准培养目标,形成“运用—转化—研发”型新质技术技能人才培育梯队,进而构建以技能运用与技术革新为导向的“美专融合”课程体系,助推职业教育实现培养对象由“技术工人”向“能工巧匠”的跃升,为发展新质生产力蓄势赋能。

Abstract: The development of new quality productivity is fundamentally innovation-driven, which is essentially talent-driven, and the development of new quality productivity must rely on high-quality innovative talent resources. Based on the theoretical analysis of the release of creativity by the cross-border integration of aesthetic education and professional education, the paper deeply explores the practical difficulties faced by the integration of aesthetic education and professional education, proposes that vocational education should focus on the new requirements of new quality productivity for the training of innovative talents, and clarifies the targeted and precise training objectives of the integration of aesthetic education and professional education in different levels of vocational education. The formation of“application - transformation - research and development”type of new quality technical skills talent cultivation echelon, and then the construction of skills application and technological innovation oriented American professional integration curriculum system, promote vocational education to achieve the cultivation of objects from “technical workers”to“skilled craftsmen”, for the development of new quality productivity.
