摘要: 为培养新时代德才兼备、内外兼修的技能人才,该文以兽医工匠精神的培育为抓手,分析涉农职业院校培育德技并修兽医人才的模式及意义,从文化建设、“学校+企业+岗位”的人才培养建设、以职业能力为核心的教育建设、技能大赛建设等维度分析培育德技并修人才的“四维一体”实践路径,丰富教育理论,为职业院校德技并修人才的培育提供参考。

Abstract: In order to cultivate a new generation of skilled talent who possess both moral integrity and professional skills, this paper takes the cultivation of veterinary craftsmanship as the starting point.By analyzes the modes and significance of cultivating veterinary talents with both moral integrity and professional skills in agricultural vocational colleges. It also explores the“four-dimensional-system”practical approach to fostering talents with both morality and skills from the aspects of cultural construction, talent cultivation construction of“school-enterprise-job”, education construction with vocational ability as the core, and skills competition construction. This enriches educational theory and provide a reference for the cultivation of talents with both morality and skills in vocational colleges.
