Abstract: This article aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, clarify the objectives, paths and strategies of skilled personnel training under the perspective of rural revitalisation through the exploration and practical research on the training mode of skilled personnel in the new era, provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the quality of personnel training and serving the national strategic needs, which helps to improve the quality and innovation ability of skilled personnel in China, and is important for promoting the implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy and facilitating the economic and social revitalisation of the countryside. It plays an important role in promoting the implementation of rural revitalisation strategy and the sustainable and healthy development of economy and society.
