Exploration and Practice of the Training Model for Optometry Graduate Students under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 深化产教融合、推动理论学习与生产实践“知行合一”,是促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接的重要策略。该文通过对产教融合背景下眼视光学研究生培养模式的深入探究,逐步形成了“优化一个目标、实现两个转变、搭建一个平台、推进五项工作”的高水平眼视光人才培养策略;以天津医科大学眼视光学专业研究生培养为例,经过实践检验了这一策略对眼视光专业研究生培养的正向推进作用,进一步落实人才端供给侧结构性改革,探索出一条立足现实需求、契合产业发展的高素质、创新型、复合型人才培养路径。

Abstract: Deepening industry-education integration and promoting the“unity of knowledge and action”between theoretical learning and practical production represent a crucial strategy. This approach aims to organically connect the educational chains, talent chains, industrial chains, and innovation chains. Through an in-depth exploration of the graduate training model in optometry under the background of industry-education integration, we have developed a high-quality talent cultivation strategy characterized by“optimizing one objective, achieving two transformations, establishing one platform, and advancing five key tasks”. Taking the training program of optometry graduate students at Tianjin Medical University as an example, this strategy has been validated through practice to positively promote the cultivation. It further implements the supply-side structural reform in talent development, exploring a new path for cultivating high-quality, innovative, and interdisciplinary professionals rooted in practical demands and aligned with industrial advancement.
