书院制下高校创新创业教育实践路径探索

Exploration of Practical Paths for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges under the Academy System

摘要: 创新创业教育是高校创新型人才培养的重要途径,也是推进教育、科技、人才“三位一体”协同融合发展的重要内容。当前高校创新创业教育存在理念认识不清晰、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱、平台建设不足、评价与激励机制不健全等问题。随着高校书院制改革的推进,创新创业教育面临新的发展挑战与机遇。该文通过书院制下创新创业教育理念提升、课程融入、导师赋能、平台拓展、机制探索5个方面的路径探索,构建创新创业教育的理念、实践、机制,为书院制下高校创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程、提升创新型人才培养质量提供实践思路。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges is a crucial pathway for cultivating innovative talents and an integral part of promoting the coordinated and integrated development of education, science and technology, and talent as a “trinity”. Currently, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges faces issues such as unclear concepts and understanding, incomplete curriculum systems, weak teaching faculty, inadequate platform construction, and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanisms. With the advancement of the college academy system reform, innovation and entrepreneurship education is confronted with new development challenges and opportunities. This paper explores innovative concepts, practices, and mechanisms for innovation and entrepreneurship education through five approaches: enhancing educational concepts, integrating courses, empowering mentors, expanding platforms, and exploring mechanisms under the college academy system. It provides practical ideas for integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent cultivation within the college academy system and enhancing the quality of innovative talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
