Abstract: Youth evening schools, a new educational and empowerment model, have emerged and flourished.Its emergence is closely related to the needs of the times, and it has its own unique features in different regions. As a flexible and diverse educational model, youth evening schools have played an important role in promoting the improvement of youth skills, widening employment channels, and stimulating innovative vitality in recent years. Therefore, this research analyzes the multi-dimensional empowerment mechanisms of youth evening schools for youth employment and entrepreneurship in detail, and on this basis, proposes strategies for optimizing the empowerment of youth evening schools for youth employment and entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this will further enhance the empowerment effect of youth evening schools on youth employment and entrepreneurship and promote the comprehensive development of youth and social progress.
