摘要: VBSE(虚拟商业社会环境)虚拟仿真综合实训课程改变了传统实践教学模式,满足了新商科对高校人才培养提出的新要求。为提高VBSE虚拟仿真综合实训课程的教学质量,该文从学生视角出发,利用IPA(重要性—绩效分析)方法探讨影响VBSE综合实训课程学生满意度的主要因素,发现课程设置、实训内容和考核体系是提高学生满意度的必备要素,最后为改进虚拟仿真综合实训课程质量提出相关建议。

Abstract: VBSE virtual simulation comprehensive practical training course has changed the traditional practical teaching mode and met the new requirements of new business science for talent training in colleges and universities. In order to improve the teaching quality of VBSE virtual simulation, this paper discusses the main factors affecting student satisfaction of VBSE from the perspective of students. The results show that curriculum setting, training content and assessment system are essential elements to improve student satisfaction, and finally make forward suggestions for improving the quality of such virtual simulation comprehensive training courses.
