摘要: 数字人工智能的发展对新工科高职教育提出了新要求,工匠型人才培育是其中的关键。黄炎培职教思想对新工科高职院校工匠型人才的培养有着重要启发,为工匠型人才培育指明了方向。该文结合新工科特点阐述黄炎培职教思想与工匠型人才培育的内在联系,剖析新工科工匠人才培育存在的问题,并从数字智能、跨界协同等方面探索新工科高职教育中人才培育的路径。

Abstract: The development of digital artificial intelligence has raised new demands for new engineering higher vocational education, with the cultivation of skilled craftsmanship being a key aspect. Huang Yanpei's thoughts on the training of skilled talents in new engineering higher vocational institutions provide important inspiration. His vocational education philosophy, which emphasizes the sanctity of labor, the character of gold, dedication to work, harmonious cooperation, and serving society, points the way for the cultivation of skilled talents. This article, in combination with the characteristics of new engineering, elaborates on the inherent connection between Huang Yanpei's vocational education philosophy and the cultivation of skilled talents, analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of skilled talents in new engineering, and explores the paths for talent cultivation in new engineering higher vocational education from aspects such as digital intelligence and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
