供需对接视域下校企合作驱动就业育人模式的实践——以桂林电子科技大学网络空间安全专业为例

Employment-Oriented Education via University-Enterprise Supply-Demand Alignment—Case in Cyberspace Security at Guilin University of Electronic Technology

摘要: 针对网络空间安全人才培养过程中教育链与产业链脱节导致的课程体系滞后、实训资源空转与就业衔接断裂等问题,该文构建“动态需求对接—资源双向赋能—全链条闭环”校企协同育人机制:校企联合开办“订单班”,让企业深度参与课程优化并将岗位能力模块嵌入教学环节,实现教学内容与产业需求实时对接;依托实践场景开发案例库,使技术标准与教学资源进行双向转化;通过人才供需信息互通平台实施精准就业育人。“桂电—深信服”校企合作的实践表明:该模式显著提升了网络空间安全人才培养质量与就业的适配度,为破解高校人才供给侧与产业需求侧的结构性矛盾提供了可复制的范式。

Abstract: To address the disconnect between the educational chain and industry chain in cyberspace security talent cultivation-manifested in outdated curriculum systems, underutilized practical training resources, and disjointed employment transition’ this study establishes a collaborative education mechanism featuring “dynamic demand alignment, two-way resource empowerment, and full-cycle closed-loop”. Universities and enterprises jointly implement customized “order class”programs, allowing enterprises to deeply engage in curriculum optimization and embed job competency modules into teaching activities, ensuring real-time alignment between educational content and industry needs. By leveraging real-world scenarios to develop case libraries, technical standards and teaching resources undergo mutual transformation. A talent supply-demand information sharing platform enables precise employment-oriented education. The practice of the Guilin University of Electronic Technology-Sangfor collaboration demonstrates that this model significantly improves the quality of talent cultivation and employment alignment in cyberspace security, offering a replicable solution to bridge the structural gap between academic talent supply and industry demand.
