摘要: 产教融合作为一种新型教育理念,对职业院校体育创新创业人才培养具有重要意义。产教融合视域下职业院校体育创新创业人才培养模式研究不仅是加强创新创业教育的重要途径,也对体育产业、体育经济的发展发挥着重要作用。当前,职业院校体育创新创业人才培养在培养目标、课程体系、课程内容、师资力量、评价体系方面存在问题,基于产教融合视域可有效解决上述问题,通过明确培养目标、完善课程体系、钻研课程内容、壮大师资力量、健全评价体系,构建职业院校创新创业人才培养新模式。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education, as a new educational concept, is of great significance for the cultivation of sports innovation and entrepreneurship talents in vocational colleges. The research on the training mode of sports innovation and entrepreneurship talents in vocational colleges from the perspective of industry education integration is not only an important way to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship education, but also plays an important role in the development of the sports industry and sports economy. At present, there are problems in the cultivation of sports innovation and entrepreneurship talents in vocational colleges in terms of training objectives, curriculum system, curriculum content, faculty strength, and evaluation system. Based on the perspective of industry education integration, these problems can be effectively solved. By clarifying the training objectives, improving the curriculum system, researching curriculum content, strengthening the talent pool, and improving the evaluation system, a new model for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in vocational colleges can be constructed.
