Abstract: The comprehensive green transformation of China's economic and social development requires a large number of applied green finance talents as intellectual support, and applied universities must shoulder this historical mission. At present, the construction of higher education talent training system under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is not yet perfect, and universities are in the exploratory stage of cultivating green finance talents. Application oriented universities can be guided by the OBE (Outcome Oriented Education) concept, and through measures such as clarifying training objectives, optimizing curriculum systems, and promoting the integration of industry and education, build a green finance talent training system to cultivate professional talents that adapt to the development of green and low-carbon economy.
