基于层次分析法的教学质量综合评价

摘要: 针对高校教学质量评价中以定性化为主的特点,该文运用层次分析法 (AHP) 对教学质量进行定量化评价,从教师、教材和学生3个方面提出评价的指标体系,并构建了层次分析结构模型;应用该方法评价了水文与水资源工程专业教学质量,并根据评价结果提出了对课堂教学改革的建议。该方法克服了教学质量评价中的主观随意性,提高了评价结果的可靠性、准确性和公正性。

Abstract: Evaluation of teaching quality in the university was characterized as qualitative results. In this study, we used Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) to quantitatively assess the teaching quality. In the assessment, the indicator system was based on teacher, textbook and student. Moreover, the AHP structural model was established to assess the teaching quality of the major of hydrology and water resources. The suggestion of improve teaching quality was given from the assessment. This method overcame the defects of subjective randomness in the teaching quality assessment, and increased the reliability, veracity and impartiality of the teaching quality assessment.
