Construction of “Five-Sphere Integrated” Teaching Performance Evaluation System of Local Colleges in the New Era—Take Guangdong Ocean University as an Example

摘要: 在深化新时代教育评价改革的背景下,如何科学合理地评价教师教学的工作业绩,激发教师开展教学的内在动力,更好地引导教师履行教书育人职责,是当前高校管理机制改革面临的一个现实问题。从现实情况来看,教师教学工作业绩评价存在着评价指标未充分体现教书育人核心要素、评价标准单一、激励效果不佳以及评价落实与反馈机制不健全等问题。广东海洋大学以问题为导向,以促进教师发展为目标,探索构建“五位一体”教师教学工作业绩评价体系,为地方高校改进教师教学工作业绩评价体系提供了实践参考。

Abstract: It is a practical problem in the reform of management system of colleges that how to evaluate teachers'teaching performance scientifically and reasonably, and stimulate the inner motivation of teachers to devote to teaching, so as to better guide teachers to fulfill their duties of teaching and educating under the background of deepening educational evaluation reform in the new era. From a practical point of view, there are some problems in the evaluation of teachers'teaching performance, such as the evaluation index does not fully reflect the core elements of teaching and educating, the evaluation criteria are simple, the incentive effect is not good enough, the implementation and feedback mechanism of evaluation is not sound enough. Guangdong Ocean University explored and constructed“five-sphere integrated”teaching performance evaluation system problem-oriented, with the goal of promoting the development of teachers. It provides practical reference for local colleges to improve teachers'teaching performance evaluation system.
