摘要: 高校辅导员工作室是提升辅导员职业化、专业化程度的重要举措之一,也是为学生提供更加优质服务的有效载体。该文进一步理清建设辅导员工作室与提升辅导员职业能力之间的辩证关系,构建基于辅导员工作室建设提升辅导员职业能力发展新模式,形成工作室建设和辅导员队伍建设协同发展、互促互融的良性循环系统,最终助力学生成长。

Abstract: College counselor studios are one of the important measures for the professionalization and specialization of counselors, and also an effective carrier for providing students with better quality services. This study further clarifies the dialectical relationship between building a “counselor studio” and improving the “counselor professional ability” , constructs a new model based on the construction of a counselor studio to enhance the development of counselor professional ability, and forms a virtuous cycle system of collaborative development, mutual promotion and integration between studio construction and counselor team construction, ultimately helping students grow.
