高职院校创新创业教育与产业高质量发展耦合路径研究——以柳州职业技术学院为例

Research on the Coupling Path between Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and High-Quality Industrial Development—Taking Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

摘要: 高职院校创新创业教育与产业高质量发展耦合关系的内在逻辑是产、教深度融合,其实质是产、教的深度对接与交叉融合。产创耦合关系呈现出关联性、整体性、多样性和协调性的特点,主要通过创新创业教育与产业高质量发展的子系统进行耦合,即企业人力资源链与学校创新人才培养链、企业技术创新链与学校科学研究链的 “四链耦合” 。该文总结分析了柳州职业技术学院 “双创” 教育与产业高质量发展耦合的实践,得出开展以企业需求为导向的创新人才培养模式改革、校政企共建科创成果转化平台、以产业发展为导向校企共建特色产业学院等路径。

Abstract: The inherent logic of the coupling relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and high-quality industrial development is the deep integration of industry and education, and its essence is the deep docking and cross-integration of industry and education. The coupling relationship between industry and innovation shows the characteristics of relevance, integrity, diversity and coordination, and is mainly coupled through the subsystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education and high-quality industrial development, that is, the enterprise human resources chain, the school innovative talent training chain, and enterprise technology the four-chain coupling between the innovation chain and the school's scientific research chain. Summarizing and analyzing the coupling practice of mass entrepreneurship education and high-quality industrial development of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, it is concluded that the reform of the innovative talent training model oriented by enterprise needs, the school, government and enterprises jointly build a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the industrial development-oriented school and enterprise paths such as jointly building characteristic industrial colleges.
