“以学生为中心” 理念下地方院校学习支持中心建设探索——以湖北汽车工业学院为例

Exploration of the Construction of Learning Support Centers in Local Colleges and Universities under the Concept of “Student-Centered” —Taking Hubei University of Automotive Industry as an Example

摘要: 为实现地方院校的人才培养目标,切实推进学生层面的教学改革,该文通过问卷调研了高分子材料专业3个年级学生的学习状况、学习成效和个性化学习需求,分析论证了建立学生学习支持中心的必要性,明确了学习支持中心的功能及作用;在此基础上提出了建设思路和 “一个中心、三个结合、五个围绕” 的 “一三五” 运行模式。学习支持中心的建立保证了师生教育理念与教学要求的同向同行,切实解决了学生学习中的突出问题,满足新时代对创新能力的迫切需求,是高校落实 “以学生为中心” 办学理念的重要体现。

Abstract: In order to effectively achieve the talent training goals of local colleges and universities, and promote the teaching reform of students, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the learning status, learning effectiveness and personalized learning needs of students in the polymer materials major in three grades. The necessity of establishing a student learning support center was analyzed and demonstrated, and the function and role of the learning support center were clarified. Based on this, the construction ideas and “one center, three combinations, and five surrounds” operation mode of “135” were put forward. The establishment of the learning support center ensures that teachers and students have the same educational philosophy and teaching requirements, and effectively solves the outstanding problems in students'learning, especially the urgent need for innovation ability in the new era. It is an important embodiment of colleges and universities implementing the "student-centered" educational philosophy.
