摘要: 建筑行业的发展对工程造价专业人才提出了新的要求,造价人员应掌握产业建设信息技术,并具有创新创业精神和工程实践能力。而现有的工程造价实践教学体系在培养目标、教学模式和教学资源等方面存在不足,难以支撑新型工程造价专业人才的培养要求。该文在CDIO(工程教育)理念下,将BIM技术融入工程造价实践教学体系的改革,构建一套创新的实践教学模式,为应用型工程造价本科专业实践教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: The development of the construction industry has put forward new requirements for engineering cost professionals. Cost personnel should have the ability to master industrial construction information technology, and possess innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and engineering practical ability. However, the existing practical teaching system for engineering cost has shortcomings in terms of training objectives, teaching models, and teaching resources, making it difficult to support the training requirements for new engineering cost professionals. Under the CDIO engineering education concept, BIM technology is integrated into the reform of the engineering cost practical teaching system, and an innovative practical teaching mode is constructed to provide reference for the practical teaching reform of applied engineering cost undergraduate majors.
