摘要: 近年来,全国高职院校掀起教学能力大赛热潮,大赛由教育部主办,是一场规模盛大、影响深远的教学比赛。在此背景下,该文以生物化学课程中糖的分解代谢为例,从教学分析、教学策略、教学实施、教学评价与成效、教学反思与整改5个方面进行教学设计,并践行于课堂教学,致力于探索职业教育课堂改革创新,提高教师的综合教学水平,培育高素质的助产技能人才。

Abstract: In recent years, there has been a wave of teaching ability competitions in vocational colleges across the country. The competitions are hosted by the Ministry of Education and are a large-scale and far-reaching teaching competition. In the context of the teaching ability competition, this article takes the breakdown and metabolism of sugars in Biochemistry as an example, and designs teaching from five aspects: teaching analysis, teaching strategies, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and effectiveness, teaching reflection and rectification. It is committed to exploring vocational education classroom reform and innovation, improving the comprehensive teaching level of teachers, and cultivating high-quality midwifery skilled talents.
