基于OBE的应用型课程质量统计技术建设探索

摘要: 随着我国制造业向高质量发展转型升级,其对高素质应用型人才的需求日益迫切。应用型课程质量统计技术是质量管理工程专业的核心课程之一,对培养学生质量管理和解决工程问题的能力具有重要意义。课程根据一流课程 “两性一度” 建设要求,基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念,结合朱兰三部曲和工作过程系统化理念,项目化、模块化和层次化 “三化” 重构课程内容;同时,以项目任务为驱动,加强理论与实践、课程与企业行业的融合,提高课程评价的全面性和客观性,有效提升了学生的专业应用能力和综合素质,师生获得了成长,取得了较好的建设成效,为应用型课程建设与改革提供了参考与借鉴。

Abstract: With the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing to high-quality development, the demand for high quality applied talents is increasingly urgent. Applied course quality statistics technology is one of the core courses of quality management engineering major, which is of great significance to train students'quality management and engineering problem solution ability. This course is based on the construction requirements of the first-class course “one gender” , based on the concept of OBE, combined with the Juran trilogy and the systematic concept of work process, and reconstructs the course content in the “three aspects” of project, modularization and hierarchy. At the same time, driven by project tasks, it strengthens the integration of theory and practice, curriculum and enterprise and industry, improves the comprehensiveness and objectivity of course evaluation, effectively improves students'professional application ability and comprehensive quality, and teachers and students have achieved growth and good construction results, providing reference and reference for the construction and reform of application-oriented curriculum.
