摘要: 现代产业学院是高教领域探索现代化多元办学的创新模式,在促进校企合作、深化产教融合、提升人才培养质量等方面具有重要意义。该文梳理应用型学校产教融合的相关培养模式和成功实践经验,通过现代产业学院资源整合,遵循产教融合打造集产、学、研、创、用于一体的人才培养创新模式,提出 “教学目标导向性+市场化” “教学内容整合性+具象化” “教学方法多元化+特色化” 的人才培养模式,拓宽培养专业人才的方法和思路,以解决人才培养实践能力与区域产业岗位需求脱节的问题;通过对市场营销卓越管理人才培养模式的探索与实践,为产学研提供可行的培养模式,并在实践中逐步优化,以适应时代变化下的市场需求。

Abstract: Modern industry college is an innovative mode of exploring modern and diversified education in the field of higher education, which is of great significance in promoting school-enterprise cooperation, deepening the integration of production and education, and improving the quality of talent training. This paper reviews the relevant cultivating mode and practical successful experience of the integration of production and education in application-oriented schools. Through the resource integration of modern industrial colleges, it follows the integration of production and education to create an innovative talent cultivating mode integrating production, learning, research, innovation and application. The talent cultivating model of “teaching goal orientation + marketization” , “teaching content integration + concretization” , and “teaching method diversification + characteristic” is proposed to broaden the methods and ideas of training professional talents, so as to alleviate the phenomenon of separating the practical ability of talent training from the regional industrial post needs. Through the exploration and practice of the cultivating mode of marketing excellence management talents, it provides a feasible cultivating mode for enterprises, universities and research institutes, and gradually optimizes it in practice to adapt to the needs of the market under the changing times.
