摘要: 该文以妇产科护理学综合训练课程为例,通过创设一系列贴近临床的情景,采用虚拟模拟技术,为学生提供真实、生动、模拟临床的学习情景,逐一突破教学重点和难点,形成妇产科护理学综合训练虚拟模拟实训教学模式。教学实践表明:虚拟模拟教学增强了学生在实际操作、人际交流、关怀护理等领域的自信心,为学生的临床判断思考提供了依据,使学生具备了现代化的护理观念和较强的责任感。教师要注重对学生岗位应用能力的培养,加强小组协作,使其在教学和其他方面的综合素质和课堂实习的教学质量有效提升。

Abstract: Taking the comprehensive training course of obstetrics and gynecology nursing as an example, a virtual simulation experimental teaching mode of obstetrics and gynecology nursing comprehensive training was established by creating a series of clinical scenarios and using virtual simulation technology to provide students with a real, vivid, and simulated clinical learning situation, breaking through the teaching focus and difficulties one by one. Teaching practice has proven that virtual simulation teaching enhances students'confidence in practical operations, interpersonal communication, caring for nursing, and provides a basis for their clinical judgment and thinking. It enables students to have modern nursing concepts and a strong sense of responsibility. We should focus on cultivating the application ability of students, strengthen group cooperation, and effectively improve their comprehensive quality in teaching and other aspects, as well as the teaching quality of classroom internships.
