Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy driving the rise of new formats, cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students has become an important task in higher education reform. By analyzing the current situation of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students in the context of new business formats, explore effective training paths. The main problems that universities face in adapting to the development of new formats include mismatch between curriculum design and market demand, insufficient practical teaching, and lagging teacher team construction. Universities should establish flexible and diverse education models to promote the comprehensive development of students'abilities, in order to meet the needs of new business models for diverse talents.
