摘要: 酒店管理专业是现代服务业的一个重要领域,在高职院校和普通高校之间存在着课程设置、教学方法等方面的差异,给学生的职业发展带来了一定的不确定性。为了加强高职院校与普通高校之间的衔接,中高职衔接“3+3”课程体系的一体化设计成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。该文拟从课程设置的角度出发,对中高职衔接“3+3”课程体系的一体化设计进行深入讨论,通过对课程体系的一体化设计,有效提高学生的综合素质和职业技能水平,使其在酒店管理领域发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: Hotel management is an important field in the modern service industry. There are differences in curriculum and teaching methods between higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges, which bring some uncertainties to students'career development. In order to strengthen the connection between higher vocational colleges and ordinary universities, the integration design of the“3+3”curriculum system has become an urgent problem to be solved. From the perspective of curriculum setting, this paper intends to conduct an in-depth discussion on the integrated design of the“3+3”curriculum system connecting middle and higher vocational colleges. Through the integrated design of the curriculum system, it can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and vocational skill level of students and play a greater role in the field of hotel management.
