摘要: 随着教育改革的深入,实践教学在应用型高校师范专业的地位越来越重要。然而,实践教学体系在构建过程中仍面临诸多问题与挑战,如实践教学资源匮乏和质量低下、实践教学与理论教学脱节以及实践教学评价体系不完善等。该文针对这些问题,探讨实践教学体系构建的策略,旨在提供一种理论与实践相结合,强调实用性、系统性和灵活性原则的构建模式。通过这种模式,预期可以提高教学效果,增强学生的实践能力,为社会输送更多高质量的师范专业人才。

Abstract: With the deepening of educational reform, the position of practical teaching in teacher training majors in applied universities is becoming increasingly important. However, the construction of the practical teaching system still faces many problems and challenges, such as the scarcity and low quality of practical teaching resources, the disconnection between practical teaching and theoretical teaching, and the imperfect evaluation system of practical teaching. Starting from these issues, this paper explores the strategies for constructing a practical teaching system, aiming to provide a construction mode that combines theory with practice, emphasizes practicality, systemic, and flexibility principles. Through this model, it is expected to improve teaching effectiveness, enhance students'practical abilities, and provide society with more high-quality teacher training professionals.
