摘要: 该文以第十八届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛参赛作品“水净有方”为研究案例,探讨空化水射流技术与光催化氧化净水相结合的净水工艺,通过 FLUENT 仿真分析和高速摄像实验验证了喷嘴的空化性能,并以空化效果为目标进行了喷嘴的优化设计,寻求“光—水耦合”高效处理有机污水的净水工艺,最终选择100 MPa的入口压力配合2 mm的喷嘴进行净水,实现了“集约高效,环境友好”的有机污水净化。

Abstract: Taking the 18th“Challenge Cup”National College Students Extracurricular Academic and Technological Competition Works“Efficient Purification of Water”as a research case, this paper explores the water purification process combining cavitation water jet technology and photocatalytic oxidation water purification. The cavitation performance of the nozzle was verified through FLUENT simulation analysis and high-speed camera experiments. Subsequently, the optimized design of the nozzle was carried out with the goal of cavitation effect, and an efficient water purification process for treating organic wastewater was developed. Finally, the selection is an inlet pressure of 100MPa combined with a 2mm nozzle for water purification.
