Design and Practice of Professional Course Process Assessment System Based on OBE and the Integration of Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

摘要: 基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念的过程考核在促进专业教育与“双创”教育有机融合方面发挥着重要作用。该文基于OBE理念,融合“双创”人才培养目标,对专业课程提出了“发展性评价、分层级考核、能力考核点、标准化评判”4个考核原则,依托三维考核总体目标和7个考核细化目标,采用体现过程考核目标的4类“能力任务”及相应考核评价方法的过程考核体系。实践证明:该过程考核体系能够提升学生学习参与度和主动学习意愿,促进学生“双创”能力提升,对我国高校专业教育与“双创”教育融合的考核方式改革实践有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: The process assessment is playing an important role in the integration between professional education and innovation and entrepreneur talents education. Based on outcomes-based education ideas, this study develops the design of the course process assessment system with four assessment principles, three dimensions of overall assessment goals, seven detailed targets, four creativity tasks and relative assessment methods. Furthermore, this study finds that the process assessment significantly improves the abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship of students. This study provides the process assessment model for the integration between innovation and entrepreneur education and professional education and provides a set of operable guidance for the further course assessment reform in the future.
