摘要: 毕业设计是本科教学过程中的重要环节,是提高学生综合实践能力的重要途径,对专业人才的培养具有重要作用。在国家级一流本科专业建设背景下,轮机工程专业对学生综合运用知识解决复杂工程问题的能力提出了更高的要求。该文基于CDIO(工程教育)理念,对轮机工程专业毕业设计环节进行改革探索,试通过引入企业与高校“双副导师”的方法,探讨了“双副导师”机制下毕业设计全程教学模式,以期通过上述教学模式提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,进而更好地培养符合新形势下行业需求的专业人才。

Abstract: Graduation design is an important part in the undergraduate teaching process and plays an important role in improving training quality of professional talents and students'comprehensive practical ability. Under the background of national first-class undergraduate major construction, marine engineering major puts forward higher requirements for students'ability to comprehensively apply knowledge to solve complex engineering problems. Based on the CDIO concept, this paper explores the reform of marine engineering graduation design. By introducing the method of“double assistant tutors”between enterprises and universities, the teaching mode of“full process”of graduation design under the mechanism of“double assistant tutors”is discussed. It is expected that the above teaching modes can improve students'ability to solve complex engineering problems, so as to better train professionals who meet the needs of the industry under new situations.
