Development and Implementation of Laboratory Information Management System to Facilitate the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

摘要: 为提升实验室创新人才培养水平,广州大学土木工程学院利用信息技术,结合学生使用网络的特点,借助微信公众号和小程序建立了一套智能化、轻量级、科教一体的实验室信息管理系统。该系统通过整合实验室设备管理信息与教学资源共享机制,实现科研与教学之间的高效联动,并以自动推送提醒消息的方式强化实验教学的预习环节,优化设备预约使用流程。该系统成功应用于岩土与测量实验室管理与教学,显著提升了实验教学质量和实验室信息化管理水平,为高校实验室信息化建设提供了新方法和思路。

Abstract: In order to enhance the capability of cultivating innovative talents of laboratories, an intelligent and lightweight laboratory information management system integrating science and education was developed using information technology and students' network usage characteristics in School of Civil Engineering, Guangzhou University, with the assistance of WeChat Public Account and WeChat Small Program. The system efficiently integrates laboratory equipment management information and establishes a teaching resource sharing mechanism, effectively connecting scientific research with teaching. Furthermore, it enhances the quality of experimental preview sessions through automated reminder messages and optimizes the process of equipment reservation and utilization. The successful implementation of this system in geotechnical and surveying laboratories has significantly improved the quality of experimental teaching as well as the level of laboratory information management, providing a novel approach for university laboratory information construction.
