摘要: 校企合作协同育人是高等学校重要的发展战略之一,是高等学校提高人才培养质量的重要途径。该文以枣庄学院光电特色专业建设平台为依托,从实验实践平台建设、产学合作、科教融合3个维度与企业展开协同育人合作,通过构建光电实验实践体系改善光电专业的实验实践教学条件,加强光电专业学生对实验实践的认识,提高学生的创新创业能力和综合实验实践能力。

Abstract: School-enterprise cooperative education is one of the important development strategies of colleges and universities and an important way to improve the quality of talent training. Based on the construction platform of photoelectric specialty of zaozhuang university, this paper carries out collaborative education cooperation with enterprises from three dimensions of experimental practice platform construction, industry-learning cooperation, and integration of science and education. Through the construction of photoelectric experiment practice system, this paper aims to improve the experimental practice teaching conditions of photoelectric major and strengthen students'understanding of experimental practice, improve students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and comprehensive experimental practice.
