摘要: 有效推进“引企入教”,构建以强化学生职业胜任力和持续发展能力为目标的教学课程体系是产业学院人才培养教学改革的核心与关键。该文基于液压与气压传动课程的教学现状,开展产业学院人才培养模式下的教学改革实践与探索,通过项目教学设计以及全过程评价体系构建,探索液压与气压传动课程的新型教学方法。此教学改革与实践的研究有助于进一步提升学生的工程应用能力,在课程教学的运行机制方面具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: To effectively promote the“introduction of enterprises into teaching”and build a teaching curriculum system with the goal of strengthening students'professional competence and sustainable development ability is the core and key of talent cultivation and teaching reform in industrial colleges. Based on the current teaching situation of the course hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, carry out teaching reform practice and exploration under the talent cultivation mode of industrial colleges. Exploring a new teaching method for the course of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission through project teaching design and the construction of a full process evaluation system. The research on this teaching reform and practice helps to further enhance students'engineering application abilities, and has certain reference value in the operational mechanism of course teaching.
