摘要: 《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)作为亚太地区规模最大的自由贸易协定,对亚太地区经济发展产生深远影响。该文对RCEP给我国化工产业带来的机遇与挑战进行分析,总结化工产业人才需求现状及高校现有化工专业教学模式,进而提出RCEP背景下的化工专业创新教学模式,为促进高校培养符合产业发展需求的化工人才和加快产业发展提供理论支持。

Abstract: The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), as the largest free trade agreement in the Asia-Pacific region, will have a far-reaching impact on the economic development of the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought by the RCEP to China’s chemical industry, this paper summarizes the current demand of chemical industry talents and the existing teaching model of chemical engineering major in universities. We put forward an innovative teaching model of chemical engineering major under the background of RCEP, which could provide theoretical support for promoting universities to train various types of chemical talents in line with the needs of industrial development and accelerating the development of chemical industry.
