摘要/Abstract

摘要： 培养应用型专业人才是应用型本科院校的重要任务,在新时代背景下,推进一流学科和一流专业建设对于提升地方应用型本科院校的办学水平具有重要作用。目前,我国部分地区已经开展了高水平应用型人才培养的改革与实践。该文通过对当前地方应用型本科院校一流学科建设进行实践探索,分析其在人才培养、师资队伍、科学研究和专业特色方面的现状和发展路径,旨在为地方应用型本科院校一流学科建设提供有益的启示。

Abstract: Cultivating application-oriented professional talents is an important task for application-oriented undergraduate colleges. In the context of the new era, promoting the construction of first-class disciplines and majors plays an important role in improving the educational level of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges. At present, some regions in China have carried out reforms and practices in cultivating high-level applied talents. This article conducts practical exploration on the construction of first-class disciplines in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, analyzes the current situation and development path in talent cultivation, faculty, scientific research, and professional characteristics, aiming to provide useful insights for the construction of first-class disciplines in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
