摘要: 当前,全球经济结构调整,新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,全球产业链、价值链加速重构,金融科技迅速发展,新的金融业态、金融工具、交易方式不断涌现,从推动金融数字化转型与提升金融服务实体经济效率角度来看,卓越金融工程师对实现金融经济高质量发展具有重要作用。基于此,该文就卓越计划与金融工程师培养的契合性及卓越金融工程师培养的紧迫性展开了思考与探讨,并针对卓越金融工程师培养存在的问题提出了一些具体对策与建议,为卓越金融工程师培养提供有益参考。

Abstract: At present, the global economic restructuring, a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation are deepening, the global industrial chain value chain is accelerating the reconstruction, financial technology is rapidly developing, and new financial formats, financial tools, and trading methods are constantly emerging. From the perspective of promoting financial digital transformation and improving the efficiency of financial services to the real economy, outstanding financial engineers play an important role in achieving high-quality development of the financial economy. Based on this, this article ponders and explores the compatibility between the Excellence Program and the cultivation of financial engineers, as well as the urgency of cultivating outstanding financial engineers. Specific measures and suggestions are proposed to address the problems in the cultivation of outstanding financial engineers, providing useful reference for the cultivation of outstanding financial engineers.
