摘要: 教师即时评价教学模式的主要目标是使学生认识到自己在课堂上的表现和行为的性质、结果以及明确未来学习中需要改进的方向。该文以学生的学习产出为关注点,对结构动力学课程中即时评价教学模式进行深入剖析和实践,基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念,整合与建构结构动力学课程知识体系,采用“课堂讲授+大作业”的教学方式,考查了学生运用该课程知识独立提炼问题和计算问题的能力。将即时评价教学模式应用于结构动力学课程的教学内容、实施方案、考核方式、学科融合和课程思政等方面,可培养具有创新和跨学科融合能力的高素质、交叉复合型人才。

Abstract: The main objective of the immediate evaluation teaching mode for teacher is to make students realize the nature and result of their performance and behavior in class, and make clear the direction of improvement in future learning. Focusing on the learning output of students, the instant evaluation teaching mode in the structural dynamics course is analyzed and practiced. Based on the concept of OBE (Outcome-Based Education), the knowledge system of structural dynamics course is integrated and constructed, and the classroom teaching combined the big homework teaching method is adopted to investigate the ability of students to extract and calculate problems independently by using structural dynamics course. The instant evaluation teaching mode is applied to the teaching content, implementation plan, assessment method, discipline integration and curriculum ideology of the whole structural dynamics course, so as to cultivate high-quality, cross-compound talents with innovative and interdisciplinary integration ability.
