摘要: 在新质生产力视域下,面对数智技术的迅速发展和商业环境的快速变化,工商管理专业必须加快与计算机科学、数据科学等学科的深度融合,构建跨学科的知识结构和能力体系。该文分析了当前工商管理专业人才培养体系在课程体系设置、实践教学环节构建、师资队伍建设、评价体系构建等方面存在的问题,提出了优化新文科工商管理专业人才培养体系的建议,为高校工商管理专业的教学改革提供理论支持和实践指导,助力培养符合新质生产力发展需要的高素质应用型管理人才。

Abstract: In the perspective of new quality productivity, facing the rapid development of digital technology and the rapid changes in the business environment, the business administration major must accelerate the deep integration with disciplines such as computer science and data science, and build an interdisciplinary knowledge structure and capability system. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training system for business administration majors in terms of curriculum design, practical teaching construction, faculty construction, and evaluation system construction. Suggestions are put forward to optimize the talent training system for new liberal arts business administration majors, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the teaching reform of business administration majors in universities, and helping to cultivate high-quality applied management talents that meet the needs of the development of new quality productivity.
