摘要: 在新工科背景下,面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的挑战,高校培养的工程技术人才必须具备较强的创新创业意识和能力。培养大学生创新创业能力是高等教育人才培养的重要目标,也是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的迫切需要。该文针对应用型本科院校人才创新创业能力培养模式存在的问题,对新工科人才创新创业能力培养模式进行了分析与研究。

关键词: 新工科建设, 创新创业能力, 课程设置, 科研项目, 人才培养, 新质生产力

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, facing the challenge of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the engineering talents trained by universities must have a strong sense of innovation and entrepreneurial ability.It is an important goal for higher education to cultivate college students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and it is also an urgent need for our country to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development. In view of the problems faced by the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training mode of talents in application-oriented universities, this paper analyzes and studies the training mode.
