Abstract: As China enters a new era of high-quality development, it is imperative that professional degree education serves the nation as its responsibility and mission. Deepening the integration of industry and education becomes a strategic move to foster the simultaneous growth and mutual reinforcement of professional degree education and industrial development. The industry-education integration training model in MBA education at Zhejiang University is based on the “business +” talent cultivation philosophy. It innovatively establishes a comprehensive industry-education integrated industrial MBA program to achieve a full-cycle, closed-loop industry-education integration. The model links disciplines and industrial resources through business education, builds an integrated ecosystem of “industry, education, learning, research, and entrepreneurship” with colleges and industries as joint entities, and continuously explores implementation paths to deepen the integration of industry and education.
