摘要: 建设以新能源为主的新型电力系统,实现清洁能源安全高效的生产与消费,已经成为我国能源结构转型的必经之路。“双碳”目标下的“再电气化”旨在打造一个高度电气化的社会,在能源生产侧实现清洁替代,在能源消费侧实现电能替代,是一个典型的多学科交叉领域。为了满足国家发展的需求,高校必须培养能够掌握信息和智能控制技术的复合型人才。传统的电气工程学科人才培养未能体现“再电气化”多学科交叉的特性,未能满足新型电力系统建设对人才的需求,因此,该文研究了一种以实际工程应用为导向的跨学院、跨学科的电气工程学科人才培养体系。

Abstract: Building the new power system based on new energy has become the only way to transform energy structure in China to achieve clean, safe, and efficient production and consumption of energy. Re-electrification based on the double carbon target aims to create a highly electrified society. It is a typical multi-disciplinary field to achieve clean substitution in the energy production and electric energy substitution in the energy consumption. In order to meet the national development demand, universities must cultivate interdisciplinary talents who can master information and intelligent control technology. The traditional training of electrical engineering talents cannot reflect the multi-disciplinary characteristics of re-electrification and can not meet the demand for talents in the power system. Therefore, an interdisciplinary talent training system of electrical engineering oriented by practical application is studied.
