Abstract: As an important teaching link of vocational education, post practice is an effective carrier to deepen the integration of production and education and the cooperation between school and enterprise. This paper first put forward the main problems faced by higher vocational colleges in the process of internship management, and then combined with the practice of Nanjing Railway Vocational and Technical College, systematically sorted out the“one system”,“three principles”,“three paths”,“six links”, and innovated the“1336”full-chain closed-loop internship management model. Finally, suggestions for further optimization and improvement of internship management are put forward in order to improve the level of internship management, constantly improve the quality of internship and talent training.
