摘要: 在创新驱动发展战略背景下,提升地方高校电子信息类创新型人才培养质量尤为关键。该文分析当前电子信息类人才培养中存在的思政规划不足、培养效率低下和实践驱动缺乏等问题,并提出“一核三驱”实践教育体系,即以工匠精神为引领的思政教育、以产业需求为导向的联培教育和以实践创新能力为目标的实践教育,具体实施举措包括构建思政教育与专业教育融合的教学模式、构建本科生与研究生联培的教育体系,以及构建“师生同学同研”的教学模式等。

Abstract: Under the backdrop of an innovation-driven development strategy, it is particularly crucial to enhance the quality of innovative talent cultivation in the field of electronic information at local colleges. The article analyzes the current issues in the training of electronic information talents, such as the lack of ideological and political planning, inefficient cultivation, and the absence of practice-driven approaches. It proposes a“one-core, three-drivers”practical education system, which is led by the spirit of craftsmanship in ideological and political education, oriented by industry needs in joint training education, and aimed at practical and innovative capabilities in practical education. Specific implementation measures include building an integrated teaching model that fuses ideological and political education with professional education, establishing an education system for the joint training of undergraduate and graduate students, and creating a collaborative teaching model where teachers and students engage in research together.
