摘要: 面对国家科技发展和产业变革,新工科建设兴起,培养新时代高素质人才是高等教育的重要职责。大学生创新训练项目是当前高校人才培养的重要依托,但导学过程中仍然存在认识不足和体系不完善等问题。在新工科建设背景下,该文以提高大学生创新训练项目执行质量和科研人才培养水平为目标,探究材料专业大学生创新训练项目的高效导学方案,内容涵盖能力培养、课题设置、评价体系等,对高效导学体系的形成具有重要意义。

Abstract: Facing national technological development and industrial transformation, the construction of new engineering disciplines has emerged, and cultivating high-quality talents in the new era is an important responsibility of higher education. The innovation training program for college students is currently an important part of talent cultivation in universities. Still, there are still problems such as insufficient understanding and imperfect system during the guidance process. This article aims to improve the project execution quality and the level of scientific research talents cultivation under the construction of new engineering disciplines, exploring an efficient guidance plan for innovation training programs for the undergraduates of the materials major. The contents cover ability cultivation, topic setting, evaluation system, etc., which is of great significance for an efficient guidance system.
