“以学为中心”的信息光学课程教学改革研究

摘要: 信息光学课程是光学领域研究生和本科生的一门重要专业核心课,具有理论性强、概念抽象、公式复杂等特点。为了更好地提高信息光学课程的教学质量,该文提出开展“以学为中心”的信息光学课程教学改革探索与实践,取得了较好的成效。课程教学过程中强调学生的主体地位,对课程的教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等进行改革,显著提高了学生的学习主动性和积极性;通过引入仿真实验和课程综合设计实验,在提高学生实践动手能力的同时帮助学生探求复杂公式背后的物理图景;将最新科研成果融入课程教学活动中,引导学生开展学术科研训练,培养学生的创新意识和能力。

Abstract: Information optics is an important course for graduate and undergraduate students in the field of optics, which is characterized by strong theory, abstract concepts and complex formulas. In order to improve the teaching quality of information optics, we have carried out the exploration and practice of“learning-centered”teaching reform of information optics, and achieved good teaching quality. During the teaching process of the course, we focus on the center function of students, and the significantly improves on the initiative and enthusiasm of students are achieved by reforming the teaching content, teaching methods and assessment ways. The introduction of simulation experiments and comprehensive design experiments improve the hands-on ability and help students to explore the physical picture behind the complex formulas. In addition, the innovative awareness and creativity are cultivated through integrating the latest scientific results into the teaching activities of the course and guiding the students to carry out academic research training in laboratories.
