摘要: 实现“双碳”目标是为推动我国高质量发展的重大战略决策,也是推动世界生态文明建设、实现全球可持续发展的必要条件。资源循环工程与工艺是资源循环科学与工程专业的一门重要必修课,对培养具有科学发展观、绿色发展观的创新型工程技术人才尤为重要。该文通过阐述碳达峰、碳中和的内涵及其与资源循环利用之间的关系,资源循环工程与工艺课程存在的问题及解决措施,可为其他高校的课程设置与讲授提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: Realizing the“dual carbon”goals is major strategic decisions for promoting high-quality development in China, as well as a necessary condition for promoting the construction of world ecological civilization and achieving global sustainable development. Resource recycling engineering and technology is an important compulsory course for the resource recycling science and engineering major, which is particularly important for cultivating innovative engineering and technical talents with a scientific and green development perspective. This article focus on the content of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, as well as its relationship with resource recycling. It also discusses the problems and solutions of the course resource recycling engineering and technology, providing reference for other universities to set up and teach this course.
